Dan De Los Monteros

Born on December 23, 1983 in Hickory Hills IL. Attended Nazareth Academy from 1998-2002. Received The Anne Rimkus Memorial Scholarship in 2002 and The Grace & Walter Smith Scholarship from 2002-2005. Graduated from The School of the Art Institute in 2006 with a BFA in Visual Communications and Photography.

In 2005 as a graphic designer, collaborator, and compiler- helped form an independent publishing company called Front 40 Press based in Chicago. Front 40 Press still continues to produce projects that embody uninhibited creativity and deals with current topics that can be functional, political, ecological or simply expressive. What matters most at Front 40 Press is the cultivation and communication of ideas.

In 2009 he started his own architectural photography company called DLM Photography. Currently lives and works in Chicago and continues to travel the states.
