Vail, CO

Vail is a great place to ski but over the years it has become a bit crowded and touristy. Because of this I was intrigued to find places in the back bowls where people weren't really going. On top of this the entire day was a whiteout, the snow was falling very fast with the wind causing people to return to the base. I managed to escape the snowfall and hide under a few trees and get some great photos right before the sun vanished.
